  学科组成员:余育和、黄洁、罗晓甜、熊雪平、毛成志、马林、王云峰、石紫涵。

  学科组介绍: 

  本学科组源于著名原生动物学家王家楫院士上世纪三十年代创建的浮游动物组。八十余年来,在以王家楫院士和沈韫芬院士为代表的数代学人的不懈努力下,本学科组在淡水生态学研究方面积淀了厚实的基础。学科组围绕原生动物的分类学和系统学开展研究,为构建一个能反映自然演化关系的分类系统提供资料;与此同时,拓展了淡水微型生物群落多样性、结构与功能研究。尤其近十几年来,利用宏基因组学技术,对宏观和微观生态系统开展了整合研究。   

  主要研究包括: 

  1)原生动物分类和系统学 

  利用形态学、发生学、分子生物学等技术方法对不同生境下的原生动物类群开展分类学和系统学研究。 

  2)宏观生态系统生态学 

  利用经典生态学和宏基因组分子生态学研究方法,针对河流、湖泊、水库、人工模拟系统等淡水宏观生态系统(macro-ecosystem),开展浮游生物群落对不同环境的响应研究。 

  3)微观生态系统生态学 

  利用宏基因组研究方法,针对鱼类肠道这一微观生态系统(micro-ecosystem),对不同鱼类(包括草食性、肉食性、滤食性和杂食性等不同食性的淡水鱼)肠道微生物群落结构及其功能进行比较研究。
