1. 学科组简介

  湖泊生态学科组是国家重点野外科学试验站——东湖湖泊生态系统试验站(以下简称东湖站)的主体。东湖站是我国研究历史最悠久的湖泊生态站,也是国内唯一进行城市湖泊生态系统综合性研究的国家级野外试验站,现隶属于中国科学院水生生物研究所。该站的前身中国科学院水生生物研究所淡水生态学研究室,于1955年开始对武汉东湖进行生态学研究,1980年中国淡水生态学奠基人刘建康院士创建了东湖站,曾被“人与生物圈(MAB)”列为研究点,1992年被评选为中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)重点站,1998年成为中国科学院开放野外台站,2001年被列为国家重点野外科学观测研究试验站,2006年正式成为国家野外科学观测研究站。东湖站围绕国内最大的城市湖泊——武汉东湖开展长期监测、研究和示范工作,并将东湖的长期生态学研究成果拓展到长江中下游等地区湖泊的管理实践中,为湖泊的污染治理与生态修复提供理论与技术支撑。 

  2. 主要学术带头人

谢平——日本筑波大学获理学博士,国家杰出青年基金获得者,中国科学院相关人才计划获得者,国际湖泊生态大奖——第九届琵琶湖生态学奖获得者,现任中国科学院生态系统研究网络水体分中心主任,中国湿地生态系统观测研究野外站联盟盟长,国家水体污染与治理科技重大专项湖泊主题专家组成员。

陈隽——中国科学院大学获理学博士,国家优秀青年基金获得者,东湖湖泊生态系统试验站(国家站)站长,中科院水生生物研究所淡水生态学中心副主任。

  4. 主要研究方向 

东湖站以淡水生态学为主导,同时开展水环境生物学与水生物多样性等领域的研究,在不同层次和尺度,对湖泊生态系统的结构、功能及演替过程与机制等进行长期的定位观测、系统的科学研究及规模化的试验示范。主要的研究方向如下: 

1) 浅水湖泊主要生源要素的营养动力学与生态系统稳态转化机制; 

2) 食物网结构调控对水体富营养化的影响规律; 

3) 蓝藻主要次生代谢产物在生态系统中的迁移转化规律、生态效应及对人类健康的潜在影响; 

4) 水生植物在浅水富营养化湖泊中的恢复与重建技术; 

5) 长江水系生物多样性的丧失机制与生态修复策略; 

6) 湖泊生态系统长期观测与联网研究及数据产品开发。
