  学科组介绍:

  鱼类生理生态学学科组主要研究水产养殖动物生理生态学特征,探讨其与环境相关的营养学和饲料技术等,为集约化养殖及渔业管理等提供有关营养、饲料、投喂、相关环境因子作用等基础理论和技术。

  近期主要研究领域包括:

  1. 基础营养学及能量学:包括营养需求、饲料原料利用、动物生长的环境及内在调控机制等,探讨动物营养物代谢的遗传背景及分子调控机制。

  2. 精准营养配给理论与技术:研究动物的不同条件下的精准营养需求和动态投喂模型,为提高养殖效率和产品品质、建立可持续渔业模式提供理论与技术。

  3. 比较生理生态学:研究鱼类的营养能量学特征等与其食性进化的关系,为建立鱼类营养需求和饲料利用的评价模型提供基础。

  4. 饲料营养与水产品品质:研究饲料营养组成及投喂对水产动物品质的影响,探讨饲料源有毒有害物质的限量,为改善动物福利、评价饲料卫生安全、保障食品安全、提高产品品质提供科学依据。

  仪器设备:

  鱼类生理生态学研究室是淡水生态与生物技术国家重点实验室(FEBL)的一部分,主要从事鱼类营养学、能量学及淡水渔业的相关基础理论和应用研究。

  鱼类生理生态学研究室的分析实验室主要包括生化分析实验室、分子生物学实验室和细胞培养实验室。

  生化分析实验室:拥有生化分析实验室必备的器皿、试剂以及分析条件。可进行常规生物、化学分析工作,现有仪器:

  1、 绝热式微量氧弹热量计:美国Parr公司,主要用于样品的能值测定;

  2、 自平衡式氧弹热量计:美国Parr公司,主要用于样品的能值测定;

  3、 自动定氮仪:丹麦FOSS,可测定固体和液体样品的含氮量;

  4、 脂肪抽提仪:丹麦FOSS,测定样品粗脂肪含量;

  5、 氨基酸分析仪:日本HITACHI,测定样品氨基酸含量;

  6、 在高压蒸气灭菌器,日本TOMY KOGYO公司,用于样品处理、试剂制备以及实验器材的消毒;

  7、 马福炉:国产,测定样品灰分含量;

  8、 全自动能量收支同步测定仪:10套,计算机控制,包括代谢室、测氧仪、放大器和计算机接口等的流水、控温、测氧和记录等功能;

  9、 鱼类活动监测系统:美国进口,包括摄像、显示监测、数据转换和数据输出系统,用于监测鱼类的活动;

  10、溶氧仪:美国YSI公司,用于测定养殖水体中溶氧含量;

  11、 酶标仪,美国Bio-Tek,主要用于终点法ELISA、动力学法ELISA/酶学分析、细胞增殖/细胞毒性、微生物生长/MIC、蛋白质定量分析;

  12、 分光光度计:T6系列紫外可见分光光度计,北京普析通用仪器有限责任公司,用于水化学分析测定、生物样品测定等;

  13、 天平:德国Sartorius 公司,瑞士Mettler Toledo公司,微量天平一台、半微量天平两台、分析天平四台,用于样品分析,试剂配制等工作;

  14、 离心机:德国Eppendorf公司,MiniSpin?、5418 、5702、5701R、5810R等小中大型、常温以及冷冻离心机,用于样品的处理、分析。

  分子生物学实验室和细胞培养实验室:主要进行分子生物学和细胞生物学的相关操作以及样品的分析以及检测,现有仪器。

  1、 高通量匀浆器:MP*The FastPrep-24动植物组织均质器,最先进、快速及高效提取样品中的DNA、RNA 和蛋白质;

  2、 实时荧光定量PCR仪,德国罗氏LightCycler 480Ⅱ,用于基因表达分析研究,SNP单核苷酸多态性和突变位点的分析检测,包括绝对定量、相对定量、基因分型(熔解曲线法及终点法)、高分辨率熔解曲线分析等;

  3、 超微量分光光度计:Thermo Nanodrop8000,用于核酸和蛋白等微量样品的紫外/可见光检测;

  4、 电泳系统:美国Bio-rad电泳仪及电泳槽,用于凝胶电泳。

  5、 UVP凝胶成像系统:美国UVP公司,DNA/RNA/蛋白质等凝胶电泳不同染色(如eb、考马氏亮蓝、银染、sybr green)及微孔板、平皿等非化学发光成像检测分析。凝胶成像系统可以应用于分子量计算,密度扫描,密度定量, PCR定量等生物工程常规研究;

  6、 超净工作台:进行细胞生物学操作、保护在工作台内操作的试剂和样品等不受污染;

  7、 细胞培养箱:德国MEMMERT,用于组织、细胞培养;

  8、 -80℃超低温冰箱:日本三洋、日本松下,用于生物样品、试剂的的保存;

  9、 4℃、-20℃冰箱,博世,用于生物样品、试剂的保存;

  10、 天平、离心机、恒温摇床、移液器、恒温培养箱若干。
