水环境工程研究中心

环境生物化学与微生物学学科组

 

  该学科组的主要研究领域包括环境科学、微生物生态学、分子微生物学、环境微生物学、藻类生态学、环境工程学和恢复生态学等,主旨是着力从生物化学和微生物的角度深入研究水环境问题,以期描述污染水体的生态格局,揭示胁迫的本质,并以此为基础为水环境改善提供技术支撑。近期研究焦点包括: 

  1) 富营养化的发生机理与控制技术研发,包括功能微生物介导的碳、氮、硫和磷等营养元素的循环与迁移转化、藻类对营养的利用策略与水华暴发与演替机理以及基于上述研究结果研发的沉积物污染控制技术、湖滨带污染拦截与生态修复技术、蓝藻水华防控技术等。 

  2) 环境微生物与分子技术研发,包括细菌分子遗传学与合成生物学、活性污泥微生物组学与生物多样性、微生物氮代谢与氮循环、水生动物肠道微生物和生物絮团技术、化工废水和垃圾渗滤液处理、黑臭水体治理与生态修复、蓝藻水华控制和蓝藻生物质利用等。 

  3) 低污染水处理技术研发,包括人工湿地处理技术、土地处理技术、生物过滤系统技术研发以及相关产品和装置研制等。

  近年来先后承担了国家十一五十二五十三五重大科技专项、国家重点研发计划-战略性国际科技创新合作重点专项、国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目、交叉项目以及政府间科技合作项目(包括中国-乌克兰、中国-俄罗斯、中国-波兰、中国-意大利、中国-保加利亚、中国-丹麦、中国-捷克、中国-匈牙利、中国-斯洛文尼亚、中国-韩国等),已在“Environmental Microbiology”“Water Research” “Environmental Science & Technology”  “Applied and Environmental Microbiology” “Bioresource Technology”“Science of the Total Environment”等期刊上发表SCI收录论文100余篇。
