学科组介绍:环境毒理组目前进行的研究方向是持久性有机污染物 (POPs) 对生物作用的分子机制及生态毒理学效应。研究主要在两个方面进行:
(1) 以培养的细胞株或原代细胞培养,用来研究污染物作用的分子机制。建立灵敏、高效的生物毒性测试方法,评价有机化学品的潜在毒性效应。
(2) 研究有毒污染物在水环境中的迁移转化过程及生态风险。以小型淡水鱼作为活体模型研究分子机理及生态学效应。.研究工作将微观与宏观相结合,从分子/生化/生理/个体层次上进行,并建立之间的联系,探索有机污染物对水生生物的生殖毒性、神经毒性、发育毒性、健康危害,以及多种污染物在环境条件下的复合作用,寻找更敏感、有效的生物标记物,发展环境污染的早期预警系统,从而为有机污染物的危险评价以及为我国可持续发展战略、生态安全及环境保护决策提供理论依据。

仪器设备:倒置荧光显微镜,紫外-可见光-荧光酶标仪,超纯水制备系统,细胞培养系列设备,PCR仪,凝胶成像,高速冷冻离心机,超低温冰箱,杂交箱,切片机。
