学科组介绍:本学科组源自20世纪50年代在湖北省梁子湖设立的、由刘建康和易伯鲁先生挂帅的鱼类生态学研究工作站。经过几代人的努力,为国家经济建设和渔业发展作出了显著贡献。特别在我国淡水鱼类个体和种群生态学、水利工程对水域生态和环境的影响、鱼类早期资源量评价等方面享有较高的国内和国际声誉。 

  近年来,本学科组继续以鱼类的个体生物学和种群生态学研究为基础,在探讨鱼类与水域生态环境之间的关系、鱼类资源的可持续开发,珍稀、特有鱼类资源的保护对策,以及鱼类实验动物的品系培育和保持等方面取得了长足的进步。同时,我们注意新理论、新技术和新方法在鱼类生态学与资源保护研究领域的应用,在日龄与早期生活史、水声学、行为生态学、分子生态学、人工神经网络等方面进行了比较深入的探索。特别是将上述多种手段应用于中华鲟物种保护,以及水利工程建设与自然保护协调发展等方面的研究,已经引起国际同行的高度关注。 

  此外,学科组还开展了鱼类行为与进化生物学、鱼类病原感染的免疫应答机制及鱼类适应温度刺激的分子机制等方面的研究。

  1. 长江上游特有鱼类资源及长江四大家鱼早期资源监测; 

  2. 长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区赤水河水生生物、水域生态调查及鱼类栖息地修复技术研究; 

  3. 水利工程对鱼类资源的影响及保护对策; 

  4. 生物多样性的形成与维持机制; 

  5. 长江流域特有鱼类保护遗传学研究; 

  6. 中华鲟等长江珍稀鱼类的濒危机制及保护生物学研究; 

  7. 特有鱼类人工繁殖及资源利用; 

  8. 鱼类实验动物选育及免疫机制研究; 

  9. 东亚淡水鱼类的起源和进化机制; 

  10. 鱼类抗逆分子机制研究;
