学科组介绍:该学科组现得到国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目、现代农业产业技术体系、中国科学院战略性科技先导专项、中国科学院前沿科学重点研究项目、淡水生态与生物技术国家重点实验室自主研究项目等支持。

研究工作主要集中在三个方面,一是进行鱼类重要经济性状的遗传基础解析,重点关注银鲫配子发生和雌核生殖、性别决定和分化、免疫和抗病以及金鱼形态变异的分子机制,发展性别控制和基因编辑育种技术;二是进行多倍体鱼类基因组融合重构和解析,试图揭示基因组或亚基因组整入如何创制新种质导致养殖鱼类经济性状改良的遗传机制,由此开拓新的多倍化和单性育种的技术路线;三是进行水产养殖动物新品种培育和示范推广,创制优异种质,发展并应用全基因组选择、基因组融合重构、基因编辑、性别控制等育种技术,培育高产、抗病(逆)、优质的水产养殖动物新品种,开展育成品种的示范推广和应用
